When the vehicle finally arrived Alexander came in on his day off to help ensure the delivery process went smoothly. He even helped explain the car’s features and made sure I understood how everything worked. My only feedback is I would like to see the paperwork and trade-in process streamlined, but I’m sure that will come in time. I really love the Forester and would likely lease one again in the future from this dealership. More
