I recently had an oil change with spring inspection service, as well as a change of brake pads and rotors. Since the car is five years old (Mazda 6 2017),transmission service was also done. Never go there. .... They will try to loot money in all the possible ways. They will deny all kind of warranties....Service guys behave so badly and don't even talk p .... Suppose, if they are slow on a day... They will say you they need 3 hours labor than initially estimated (initially one hour). But now they will only charge for 2 hours.... What a xxxx... Bad customer service. Hesitant on giving cars to test drive. I was asked to settle down on the pricing before they were allowed to let me test drive a mazda3. When asked why, the salesman said " you don't have enough knowledge but it causes a lot of work to let customers test drive a showroom car ". The statement was laughable since every other showroom I went to, let me check and drive their cars without even sitting and talking with them. More
Absolutely Horrendous Customer Satisfaction Skills. Manufactured prices for Parts. I suggest you call the Parts Department after receiving a quote for the Repair and you will find the distinction bet Manufactured prices for Parts. I can't recall the Managers Name but the conversation always starts off with pleasantries and moves to escalation with bring rudly advised and spoken to that you are incorrect. I would not take your vehicle to Scarboro Mazda for ANY SERVICE. You will be Sadly Disappointed!! Just Giving Everyone a Heads up. Cheers!! More
