Stereotypical used car salesman We stopped in to see a truck advertised on the web and Travis told us it was sold. I suspected it was a bait and switch vehicle so I kept and eye on t We stopped in to see a truck advertised on the web and Travis told us it was sold. I suspected it was a bait and switch vehicle so I kept and eye on the web see if it dropped off, it did not. We called a couple of more times a few days later and finally they found it hidden on another lot. They brought it in for us to test drive which we did twice. They tried to pressure us into sale by giving us a time limited offer! We decided to purchase another truck elsewhere and called Travis to let him know as a courtesy. Unfortunately for Travis he forgot to hang up the phone at the end of his call and we got to hear what he really thought of us.( it was not good) We are so pleased that we did not purchase from Ron Hodgeson after that outburst. We won't be going here for service for our new to us Chevy truck either as now I suspect the whole place does not really care for the customer just the dollars they can milk out of you. More

Out of Provnice Trade-In for a new Work Vehicle. Recently moved from BC to Edmonton for work and needed to buy a new vehicle capable of holding ladders for my job. I financed a 2015 Chev Cruze two ye Recently moved from BC to Edmonton for work and needed to buy a new vehicle capable of holding ladders for my job. I financed a 2015 Chev Cruze two years back ($8000 in and $20,000 remaining) and was going to have to trade that in so i could afford my new SUV. I know was going to take a hit and lose a couple grand in the process, but RON HODGSON Dealership was amazing in making that as painless as possible. While I knew going in that I wanted something along the lines of the Chevy Equinox; WESTLEY was awesome at showing me a few used ones they had along with one of the brand new ones for comparison. He did not try to get me off the Equinox as I pretty much had my mind made up. Eventually I went with a 2014 model priced around $25,000. Westley was also great at explaining overall how the financing would go and what I should expect for my trade-in and how the process would work. I then dealt with ANTHONY NERI who went into get detail about my financing options and went to bat for me to give me the best deal I could afford and work with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership and their employees. It was easy, painless, and I didn't feel any pressure at all. More
