There wasn't a time where we felt manipulated or intimidated during our visit. From the receptionist to our salesman "Nader" and the Manger Scott we had a great overall experience. In the business office "Jason" explained everything in detail, and did not push the "extras" like most dealerships do. Jason took his time to go over the fine print and gave us a sense of trust. We were initially thinking of purchasing a second hand vehicle. Once we compared pricing and model option differences, we happily proceeded in purchasing the new vehicle. Not having a model in stock, the quickest option was to wait for a vehicle to clear from shipping. We were thoroughly impressed when a loaner vehicle was offered to us, at no expense to ourselves during the last week of waiting for our new one to arrive. Jason, within the finance department was very professional, caring and honest. He took the time to carefully inform us of each additional option available to us: insurance and car care packages.
