We were initially thinking of purchasing a second hand vehicle. Once we compared pricing and model option differences, we happily proceeded in purchasing the new vehicle. Not having a model in stock, the quickest option was to wait for a vehicle to clear from shipping. We were thoroughly impressed when a loaner vehicle was offered to us, at no expense to ourselves during the last week of waiting for our new one to arrive. Jason, within the finance department was very professional, caring and honest. He took the time to carefully inform us of each additional option available to us: insurance and car care packages. Thank you to both of these employees and the rest of the staff for making our experience so enjoyable. More

Excellent service -Detailing My wife and I traveled recently out of Vancouver airport (YVR). We decided to leave our 2012 Toyota Camry at Richmond Subaru for detailing, instead of My wife and I traveled recently out of Vancouver airport (YVR). We decided to leave our 2012 Toyota Camry at Richmond Subaru for detailing, instead of leaving the car in a parking lot to collect bird poop and dust. They even dropped us off at YVR and picked us up on our return. On our return, the car was waiting and was sparkling, inside and out. It was like driving a new car. The price was reasonable and comparable to simply parking it for the same duration. We were treated professionally and personally. I recommend Richmond Subaru highly. More
