I was surprised to learn they are actually part of a larger group of Subaru dealerships, all based in the west, so they just transferred the one I wanted to Richmond at no cost to me. The salesperson, (Austin) is great. He always answers quickly whenever I send him a text. He even responded quickly over the long weekend in August! Fraser (the financial services manager) went through the available extras (warranty/protection). He was pleasant to talk to, and wasn't pushy, so I appreciated that. :-) More

Jason was also very friendly and explained warranty options without the guilt trip or pressure tactics. My salesperson, Nader Mofti, was very helpful and easy to talk to. He took a lot of time with me and explained the financing options and the fees and costs of financing my purchase. He introduced me to the finance guy who was also friendly and helpful (I'm sorry, but I am not remembering his name). I did feel a little pressured to commit, which I guess is fair enough, and when we were talking purchase price, there was a bit of a disconnect between what Nader told me and what the manager (whose name I also don't remember) told me. Nonetheless, we were able to agree on a price. I was purchasing a new 2017 model that wasn't available yet. Nader phoned me to let me know I wasn't forgotten while we were waiting for my car to arrive. When it did, he arranged for an insurance person to deal with the sale and transfer of my old car to a friend. The insurance guy was also helpful and friendly and patient. The finance guy went through the warranty options and explained them carefully. Nader went through my car with me, explaining features, connecting my phone by bluetooth and making some recommendations. I know if I have any questions, I can call on him. More
