Buying experience Ben took me out on a test drive on both the brz and wrx and was a good sales associate to deal with because I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. After the purchase I had further questions and Ben helped me find the answers without pause. The only reason why I didn't give this dealership full stars was because the taillights were cracked (which they promptly replaced and gave me service credit for my troubles) and the car had some heavy swirls (new car was on the lot already but was probably hastily cleaned every now and then) but I was satisfied in the end. The in house insurance person wasn't great though, really pushy and I had to re-correct my policy because of a mistake but I don't think they are related to the dealership. Overall the dealership and Ben were very helpful and resolved all the issues I had plus answered all my questions during and after the purchase. I left with a new car completely satisfied. More

OK, Nothing Special I purchased a new 2017 Subaru Forester in August 2016. The process was lengthy, taking over 6 hours. The salesperson's initial offer was higher than I purchased a new 2017 Subaru Forester in August 2016. The process was lengthy, taking over 6 hours. The salesperson's initial offer was higher than the stated price on the Subaru Canada website, it took a series of counter offers with the salesperson each time going to his manager before we agreed to a price barely below MSRP. The accessory rear cargo net we ordered was uninstalled, the salesperson said I just had to use a screwdriver when I got home, I later learned that was because it is the wrong one. They have offered to have the correct one brought in which is great, but in my opinion a new car buyer should never be asked to install parts. The financing department left some paperwork out of our warranty documentation. The insurance agent didn't offer optional 3rd party coverage so ICBC's inflated price was the only way. More
