Professional salesmanship Robin is very professional. First visit, he got me a brand new Subaru to test drive and with me. Contrast that to another dealership on Boundary who Robin is very professional. First visit, he got me a brand new Subaru to test drive and with me. Contrast that to another dealership on Boundary who gave me a well-driven demo 5 door (I wants a sedan) for 15 minutes test drive myself and I got the impression that if I don't buy someone else will. 2nd time back made a deal. Robin did not exert pressure and tried his very best to get a better deal for me.Not giving 5 stars because it was a long process (4.5 hours and dealership is busy that Sat) and some issues in trade-in and a little hiccup in the last step with the finance manager. More

Buying experience Ben took me out on a test drive on both the brz and wrx and was a good sales associate to deal with because I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. After Ben took me out on a test drive on both the brz and wrx and was a good sales associate to deal with because I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. After the purchase I had further questions and Ben helped me find the answers without pause. The only reason why I didn't give this dealership full stars was because the taillights were cracked (which they promptly replaced and gave me service credit for my troubles) and the car had some heavy swirls (new car was on the lot already but was probably hastily cleaned every now and then) but I was satisfied in the end. The in house insurance person wasn't great though, really pushy and I had to re-correct my policy because of a mistake but I don't think they are related to the dealership. Overall the dealership and Ben were very helpful and resolved all the issues I had plus answered all my questions during and after the purchase. I left with a new car completely satisfied. More
