I knew what I needed & wanted and Tom ensured absolutely every detail was met and delivered. He didn't hesitate to treat me with the utmost respect and professionalism at every question or concern. I wouldn't hesitate to ever go back or recommend Tom to any family or friend. I had researched the Highlander for over a year and did alot of dealership visits to various locations. But, the moment I walked through the Richmond Hill Toyota doors, and met Tom and the staff he works with, I knew I had finally found the dealership I wanted to make a purchase with. Great experience at Toyota Richmond Hill I arrived to my appointment and was greeted promptly by Anton, he told me it would take about an hour and thankfully it ended up being less than that. I was sitting in the most pristine waiting room that could exist, with free tea and coffee, food was available for purchase, AND you could also get your nails done if you wanted to. Parents, don't be afraid to bring your kids, there are many personal TV's with very comfortable seating WITH an Xbox game console if watching shows is not enough. 100% looking forward to my next service at Toyota. More

Good service but could be better I took my car in for an alignment because there was a special for $90 and swapping my winter tires for free. My service adviser, Anton G, made sure I I took my car in for an alignment because there was a special for $90 and swapping my winter tires for free. My service adviser, Anton G, made sure I was taken care of. The only problems I had were that on October 20th when I was in for an oil change he promised the tire swap would be free. After paying for it at the dealership I went home and realised he had charged me $39.95 + tax for that tire swap. I emailed him and he offered a free oil change next time saying that he will add notes to my account advising the free oil change. I haven't been back yet so I am unsure if the free oil change notes were added to my account. Another thing is that since the tire swap my tire pressure monitor light will not turn off. I'm not sure if they reset the tire pressure electronic monitoring system or not. I checked the pressure and it is good but the light in the dashboard stays on. I tried to reset it myself by pushing the odometer button but it didnt work. It's a hassle to take my car back to the dealership because I live in Woodbridge.
