Thank you Brad Scherer Usually when I service my car (twice a year on average), I leave Toyota feeling that I spent more than I should. I am anxious going in because I think that I will be taken advantage of by representatives telling me I need parts/service that I really don't need. This time, I was in shock. Brad told me I did not need a service that I thought I did. Essentially, he saved me a few bucks! Go figure! That never happens to me before. I would not be completing this survey otherwise. So, at the end of the day, it is not about the money I saved. It is about trust. It is about building a trusting relationships where the customer (me) feels respected. When I come to Toyota, I do not want lip service. I want all service employees who I deal with to provide required, efficient and safe car service every time. Do for me as you would for yourself and family you care about. I felt that Brad did that at my last visit. Hence, I give this lengthy feedback....for Brad. More
