I had a strong feeling that I'm not welcome there. I've arrived without appointment to do an oil change. Service man was rude, nobody checked my tire pressure (I still have warning light on my dashboar I've arrived without appointment to do an oil change. Service man was rude, nobody checked my tire pressure (I still have warning light on my dashboard), nobody washed my car. I've been told that next time I should come by appointment only. Took Service Manager's business card and sent him an email trying to explain what happened but he didn't reply. Great job RH Toyota! More
