We were offered complimentary coffe and tea and comfy seats to sit in while we waited for a sales agent to help us choose a new car. Our sales agent was Brian Gould. He was very professional yet personable and helped us select the perfect car for our family. He answered all our questions, went with us on a test drive to show us all features of the vehicle. He provide us with just the right amount of information to help us make a decision. We went with the Corolla and could not be more happy. The entire process took just a few days before we had our car. It was a seamless transaction and not at all stressful , thanks to Brian. Once we picked up our car Brian spent some time with us explaining all the features so that we were ready and comfortable to drive it off the lot and not have to worry about setting up anything (ex iPhones ). A week later he even called to check in to see how we were liking the new car. Overall, we were extremely happy with the customer service we received and would recommend this dealership and our sales agent. More
