Poor customer service Service due to recall. Dealer should know exactly what has to be fixed. After waiting for more than 1 hour during the first visit, I was told by Mr. B Service due to recall. Dealer should know exactly what has to be fixed. After waiting for more than 1 hour during the first visit, I was told by Mr. Brad Scherer that the required parts were missing and had to be back ordered. Why would they arrange an appointment with me when they know that the necessary parts are missing? The second visit (next day) lasted for about 2 hours although the work was supposed to be done in 1 hour because Mr. Sam Nazemi (who reluctantly followed up this case from Mr. Brad Scherer) didn't inform me when the job was done, but just letting me wait in the dealership. I went to see Mr. Scherer after realizing that I had been waiting abnormally long, only to find that the job was done a long time ago, as indicated by the large amount of snow that had accumulated on the top of the van after being left outside for a long time. Although I didn't pay (it was a recall), the dealership still gets money from Toyota manufacturer. The dealership wasn't doing this for free, so why would they treat customers so rudely? More

Upon entering the dealership within minutes we were greeted by the manager who gave us a brief overview of the dealership. We were offered complimentary coffe and tea and comfy seats to sit in while we waited for a sales agent to help us choose a new car. Our sales agent was Brian Gould. He was very professional yet personable and helped us select the perfect car for our family. He answered all our questions, went with us on a test drive to show us all features of the vehicle. He provide us with just the right amount of information to help us make a decision. We went with the Corolla and could not be more happy. The entire process took just a few days before we had our car. It was a seamless transaction and not at all stressful , thanks to Brian. Once we picked up our car Brian spent some time with us explaining all the features so that we were ready and comfortable to drive it off the lot and not have to worry about setting up anything (ex iPhones ). A week later he even called to check in to see how we were liking the new car. Overall, we were extremely happy with the customer service we received and would recommend this dealership and our sales agent. More
