Poor customer service Service due to recall. Dealer should know exactly what has to be fixed. After waiting for more than 1 hour during the first visit, I was told by Mr. B Service due to recall. Dealer should know exactly what has to be fixed. After waiting for more than 1 hour during the first visit, I was told by Mr. Brad Scherer that the required parts were missing and had to be back ordered. Why would they arrange an appointment with me when they know that the necessary parts are missing? The second visit (next day) lasted for about 2 hours although the work was supposed to be done in 1 hour because Mr. Sam Nazemi (who reluctantly followed up this case from Mr. Brad Scherer) didn't inform me when the job was done, but just letting me wait in the dealership. I went to see Mr. Scherer after realizing that I had been waiting abnormally long, only to find that the job was done a long time ago, as indicated by the large amount of snow that had accumulated on the top of the van after being left outside for a long time. Although I didn't pay (it was a recall), the dealership still gets money from Toyota manufacturer. The dealership wasn't doing this for free, so why would they treat customers so rudely? More
