He is very knowledgable and anything that he wasn't sure about, he would find out and get right back to us with the answers to our questions. He is very kind and very pleasant; not a pushy salesman at all, which made us feel that he was really interested in our needs and not just the sale. He took the time to explain all aspects of the vehicles interior which was of great value to us and we didn't feel as though he was rushing to get through explaining everything. He took his time and allowed us to question everything and anything. He followed up with us even after we took the car home which is something that impressed on us as a very caring individual. If we need to purchase another vehicle, Kian would be our first choice in assisting us. We would highly recommend Kian to others. We feel very lucky to have had Kian help us in the searching and purchase of our lovely Toyota Venza. On a short note, we were disappointed in the cleaning of the interior and exterior of the car. Friendly, Knowlegable and Overall great experience We were in no rush for a car but really wanted a white one that was used but fully loaded. DJ was very patient and understanding. He is not pushy like other car salesman - and people love that!!! He is obviously very people and sales oriented but he does his job well without coersion. He gave us many options and information on the different cars that were available. I would ask my friend and family to ask for DJ if they ever walk into Richmond Hill Toyota. We spent about an hour in the dealership and by the end of it, my 3 year old daughter was hugging him and wanted to be carried by him. If a 3 year old can see that compassion from an associate, you will too! Both my husband and I really wished that the car we were looking for was available that day so that we could show our appreciation by completing the deal with DJ. I wish him all the best and know that with his skills and personality, he will strive in this business. I have a few family members who are thinking of purchasing a vehicle in the near future and I passed DJ's business card to them. Thanks again for all your help and efforts! I had been gathering information about subaru Kian is a petrol head. He took me by shock with his knowledge about the car that was not even a toyota. I had been gathering information about subaru legacy for 2 months to buy one and while I was thinking I know everything, still kian had more to teach me about it. He explained to me the technical pros and cons of subaru engine and AWD system compared to its competitors using his engineering background. He also explained for me why price of the legacy at toyota dealership can be cheaper than subaru itself. Honestly I did not believe him at first but then I left checked and he was right. The best thing about kian was that in contrast to majority of salespeople these days, when I left I saw no change at all in his positive attitude and he greeted me to the door and when I came back to him he welcomed me very warmly. Kian I dont know if you can read this buddy but I wish that subaru was still available that day and I could appreciate your efforts by doing a deal with you. I will definitely recommend kian to my friends. Visiting him was a good experience. Tim. More

Horrible Service Brought car in with 2 mirrors...left with 1. Dave twists words and lies. After my mirror was damaged, the techs at this dealership decided to cut the Brought car in with 2 mirrors...left with 1. Dave twists words and lies. After my mirror was damaged, the techs at this dealership decided to cut the harness on my mirror. The proper way would have been to remove the door panel which consists of 2 screws. End of the day, I have never seen a positive review for this dealership online. I'm sure there are more customers out there who feel this way. More
