The sales person was Paul Stancer was very personable and helpful. He spend a a lot of time explaining how the hydrid system works. No one at the dealership pressured me throughout the process. I purchased some additional features including snow tires. When I showed up the pick up the car everything was taken care of. Paul had gone through the extensive manuals and tabbed the most significant sections such as how to operate the navigation system. He also ran through everything with me. I am sending my daughter to see Paul when she replaces her car in the next year. Also the service department hands out a coupon book. The savings aren't significant but still money in my pocket. I'm servicing both our cars now at Richmond Hill. More

At no point did I ever feel pressured or get the "if you're willing to buy today we will give you a special Cinderella deal that is never to be had again". I did my homework and looked around and ultimately came back to this dealership and worked with Ashraf to come to an very decent agreement. Notice I didn't call it a negotiation? I had asked around (friends, family and coworkers) and Sam Mirasola came highly recommended. I went into the dealership last Saturday, and it was very busy with people looking and I am sure buying. None the less, Sam spent a lot of time with me, explaining options, prices, test drives etc. Sam was genuine and very easy to deal with. He showed an enormous amount of patience with all of my questions and "what if " questions and I am happy to say I picked up my Rav4 on Thursday night and I am thrilled with it. Sam not only went over the paperwork with me, he took the time to program my phone into the truck and actually sit with me and teach me how everything works. I would tell you (without hesitation) that if you are looking for a salesman that will leave you feeling respected and who will go above and beyond to make your purchase easy and fair.....you need to call ahead and book with Sam.....He will give you 100% satisfaction with the entire purchase process- you will not feel pressured or pushed into buying something you are not ready to buy.
