My Experience at Richmond Hill Toyota I was very impressed just walking into the large Showroom, and greeted by the reception area and within minutes we were greeted by our Sales Person - I was very impressed just walking into the large Showroom, and greeted by the reception area and within minutes we were greeted by our Sales Person - Paul Stancer, who I must say also impressed me because he was actually dressed in a suit and was and looked very professional. When we came in we told Paul that this was our shopping day and we were going to decide which vehicle we were to buy. I was pleased to see that Paul understood this and welcomed us into the showroom and began to show us the Toyota Rave we were interested in. He was very informative and had a good sense of humor which does help, especially after my husband and I asked some many questions. However, no matter how many times and sometimes I think I might have repeated my questions, as we looked at other vehicles and were getting some of our facts mixed us. Paul was very patient and answered all our questions and supplied with useful information in order to make our decision. When we left the showroom we felt like we were very well informed and ready to make our big decision. I would like to thank Paul for assisting us in making the right decision to buy the Toyota Rave!! New Toyota Hybrid purchase I visited Richmond Hill Toyota in November, the third dealer I had visited. Ashraf Zohni was my sales associate. I ended up leasing a new car from h I visited Richmond Hill Toyota in November, the third dealer I had visited. Ashraf Zohni was my sales associate. I ended up leasing a new car from him, a Prius Hybrid, exactly what I wanted. Ashraf quickly zoned in on what I was looking for, showed me several options and gave me all the information I needed to take with me in order to do my homework that night. I let him know that I sleep on every major decision and very surprisingly there was no pressure from him, just courtesy, respect and service. I returned another day, did a second test drive of the vehicle...then we negotiated. Assisted by the Sales Manager (Andrew Ross) they laid out several finance options, explained stretch leases, and the deal was struck. Ashley Lyons was also very helpful in working out the financing. A very pleasant experience overall. Thanks to all three of them for their team effort in getting me the car I wanted at the price I wanted; but special thanks go to Ashraf Zohni for his professional service. More

The sales person was Paul Stancer was very personable and helpful. He spend a a lot of time explaining how the hydrid system works. No one at the dealership pressured me throughout the process. I purchased some additional features including snow tires. When I showed up the pick up the car everything was taken care of. Paul had gone through the extensive manuals and tabbed the most significant sections such as how to operate the navigation system. He also ran through everything with me. I am sending my daughter to see Paul when she replaces her car in the next year. Also the service department hands out a coupon book. The savings aren't significant but still money in my pocket. I'm servicing both our cars now at Richmond Hill. More

I recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander at RH Toyota. The gentleman I dealt with, Ashraf Zohni was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. At no point did I ever feel pressured or get the "if you're willing to buy today we will give you a special Cinderella deal that is never to be had again". I did my homework and looked around and ultimately came back to this dealership and worked with Ashraf to come to an very decent agreement. Notice I didn't call it a negotiation? Because it didn't feel that way. If you are thinking about getting a Toyota vehicle and want to cut past all the crap, I highly recommend to pay Ashraf at Richmond Hill Toyota a visit. More
