My first time coming to this Toyota dealership Service advisors are reasonably friendly. The 2 lady receptionists at the reception desk were cold, expressionless. I appreciate the free car wash. When you are getting your car fixed, everyone is there to help out. Last Christmas, Richmond Hill Toyota helped me out. I said my front brakes needed to be done and an oil change. I told them my budget was $500.00 so if the brakes were more, I'd do the oil change next time. Upon inspecting my car the mechanic discovered that I needed my back brakes done. They worked on my car and the total was $499.00 for everything. They said 'Merry Christmas!' Richmond Hill Toyota cared about my safety and knew I could not afford to fix the back brakes until my next paycheck in 2 weeks. They did not want to send me home in a dangerous situation. Recently I had a routine oil change and a front light replaced. Richmond Hill Toyota told me about the Rav 4 contest for serving my car or test driving a car etc., as well as the new Awroplan miles for servicing my Toyota and made sure I got the points card registered and my contest card. I saw the shuttle service men from Christmas time and they remembered me. The receptionist gave me a Toyota lunch bag for free. I like the drive-through service without an appointment, for minor service and the late evenings Dichmond Hill Toyota is open. No wonder their business expanded and they had to relocate!
