Upon delivery of the Rav 4, Paul personally delivered the vehicle and explained all of the interior...how to adjust the seat...and usage of the dashboard. He answered all of our questions with extreme knowledge and we never felt like he was rushing us. In the past, we have purchased 2 brand new Camry's and also a brand new Venza at other Toyota dealerships. I would say that Paul far outdid the others in the customer service satisfaction department. Actually in one location I was sadden by the lack of service and was thinking of going to another brand of vehicle.
