Worst customer service and experience Horrible customer service and the worst experience I’ve ever had. I dropped of my BRZ for a recall and the Service Advisor I dealt with was extrem Horrible customer service and the worst experience I’ve ever had. I dropped of my BRZ for a recall and the Service Advisor I dealt with was extremely rude and patronizing. He was also up-selling me unnecessary services and additional labour cost which has NOTHING to do with the recall, which he quoted $400-$500. Very dishonest and uneducated staff. If you want to be lied to and have your personal safety disregarded, then I’d recommend you to go to Richmond Hill Subaru. Definitely will bring this up to head office. As a result, I went to a different dealership and I will never come back. Waste of my time! If there was an option, I would give no star. More

I have been a loyal customer of the dealership from 2013, ever since p I just wanted to thank the exceptional Service team - Holly and Dave Henderson. I have been a loyal customer of the dealership from 2013, ever since purchasing my 2009 Impreza. To date, we have always purchased our vehicles and have had them serviced at this dealership. This review is for my 2007 Legacy 2.5i wagon, a winter beater. Both Holly and Dave H, including the techs have gone out of their way to ensure that my Legacy is looked after properly and that the work is done in a timely manner. I've taken my Legacy so far to date for having the alternator + belt replaced, and currently the rear diff work that was done. Dave Henderson explained everything over the phone, as to what was done when I had a doubt. Definitely will be going back again and I can close my eyes when I hand over my keys to them. I have also had the 2017 Forester and 2015 WRX serviced by the dealership too. Kudos to the parts team as well! More
