Great Sales Person But Mixed Feelings Just before Christmas I bought a 2018 Forester, a demo. The sales person, Odilo Tang, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and really trying to help me. Just before Christmas I bought a 2018 Forester, a demo. The sales person, Odilo Tang, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and really trying to help me. Odilo also spent quite some time patiently explaining all the features of the Forester after the sale was completed. The only unpleasant part I experienced was the low-balling of my trade-in (another Subaru, a 2011 Tribeca, which had been serviced by RH Subaru), that afterwards they flipped to a Newmarket used car dealer and was quickly sold for about double the amount I received. More
