I visited Richmond Hill Subaru a few times, their sales persons are so friendly and great! Alex, in particular, is very knowledgeable and able to give me quite a fair comment. Around the same time, my wife’s Legacy could not turn on, and we drove to their service centre, people there is totally disappointing. My feeling is they just don’t want to provide us service (my wife’s legacy is still under warranty), we need to come back again just to fix the oil cover can’t open well, and come back three times to deal with the ignition issue. More

Great experience!! I just got my car here on March 2018. The service is great and Alex was very informative and helpful when I wasn’t sure what car should I pick when I I just got my car here on March 2018. The service is great and Alex was very informative and helpful when I wasn’t sure what car should I pick when I first stepped in. He gave me a very wise advice and explained in detail the differences among the few models that I was considering. The team work among the sales staff was also very solid, since my sales rep Alex wasn’t available on the day I went back for my final decision. He sent his workmate to help me. But they communicated very well so that I didn’t have to repeat any of the procedures involved in the test drive and sale. The manager is very nice too, he approved the great deal that had been offered to me by Alex from the first visit. I will definitely refer my friends to come here if they ever want a 4-Wheel Drive car. More

Poor customer service.... I was in today to inquire about about warranty repairs for my 2012 Outback today. There was only one service advisor working and one other customer in I was in today to inquire about about warranty repairs for my 2012 Outback today. There was only one service advisor working and one other customer in front of me, so I was asked to wait a few minutes. Few minutes pass and I speak to the advisor explaining my situation, not seeming to be interested in helping me at all.... A few other customers come walking in, and then he says to me that there are lots of customers waiting that were here before you. Once again he asks me to go sit down and wait again in the lounge area. I don't know what it takes to get some service at this dealer.... They don't even have a minute to answer a few simple questions. Anyways never again will be visiting this dealer again. Incompetent workers is all I have to say. Total waste of time! I will take the business elsewhere. More
