This has nothing to do with Genaro, or Andrew but I'd like to mention that I was a bit frustrated with the number of times that I was offered different "add ons" to my purchase. I expressed this to Cory-that I didn't appreciate being asked to purchase yet another item the third time that I came in to finalize financing. I would have preferred to have all of the information up front so that I knew exactly how much I was spending. I felt pressured, overwhelmed and frankly, annoyed to be asked, yet again to buy another "package". More

Charlotte Hourd welcomed me in the door on the cold morning with a smile and got the ball rolling. Thanks for washing my car too. My block heater was replaced as part of the recall. I felt that everything was very professional and the oil change reasonably priced. More

AND when I returned to pick up my car it had been washed inside and out, and the interior leather had been treated. The repair was made and I was contacted to pick up the vehicle. In just over 3 hours, I had returned to pick up my car. The car had been washed and I was thrilled to note that when I backed up the rear brakes no longer squealed. More
