The sales advisor made a mistake on our purchase form, leaving off an item that we clearly indicated that we wanted. In saying that he would "take care of it," he ended up installing a after manufacture n leaving off an item that we clearly indicated that we wanted. He misled us to believe that it would be Toyota-installed and a Toyota Genuine Part. Although he has since made up for it, it has taken a lot of time over the phone and several times having to bring our vehicle back to Toyota. As the owners, both working more than full-time jobs, this has been a major inconvenience. He did NOT follow through on any one part of Toyota's Mission Statement: openness of communication, honesty of information, integrity of service and respect for all stakeholders. He went against all of these to the fullest. We have never been so shocked. Since we've had to bring the brand new vehicle back several times, I've had the opportunity to speak with the appointments person who has been incredibly rude, short and disrespectful. She always seems to make it sound like it's to their inconvenience that my vehicle has to be serviced. Regarded if this was because of a Toyota mistake or if we were just getting the vehicle serviced on a regular day, she should be trying to see what works best for the customer. As one of the main points of contact for the dealership, she has turned me away. I would absolutely consider going elsewhere for service, even if it was out of town. The one respectful, professional, amiable service person at this Red Deer dealership is Stan the Parts Advisor. He has been incredibly kind and treats the customer as he/she should be treated. Hello! If you work in service, perhaps you should follow through on Toyota's Mission - listed above. In working with several other dealerships (other brands) in the region, this is by far the worst for service both in sales and in appointment scheduling. We have been highly offended and would not consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. There is no trust and no respect, and it's been incredible disappointing, not to mention frustrating. We bought our vehicle 6 weeks ago, and the past 6 weeks have been a nightmare!!! We hope this happens to no one else. More
Worst experience purchasing a barand new $66000 SUV ever. We believe that it is a scam club. They reel you in with kindness and promises then after you sign the papers the lying, and cheating emerge. Weather you are male or female they treat you poorly. We kept the vehicle for 2yrs and left town to do all services to it. hated owning this vehicle because of the people that stood behind it. Worst every experience. Never wanting to make customer happy. Just a run around. Take your money eleswhere. They have a horrible reputation and now we know after the fact. Anyone else that you speak with about this dealership will veryify everything i just wrote. Buyers beware. More
