I bought my truck from Navi, who did a nice job of answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, when I asked him about the filters included with the 24-month lube, oil, and filters promotion he made answering all of my questions. I was told the service included fuel and air filters, but when I spoke to him Friday he said he would get back to me which he didn't. When picking up my truck I was presented with a fuel filter service bill that included a labor bill 'of 125.00 dollars and a fuel filter cost of 68.00 dollars. I spoke with service "supersalesman" Rick and he told me fuel filters on the new diesels can be very complicated and expensive some costing over 500.00. I knew I had made a mistake allowing them to change the filter because it became very obvious that the salesman is paid to sell service. I paid my bill, but then they told me my truck was outside and the clean-up guy would give me my keys. I located my truck, and there was a guy inside, supposedly cleaning something, but I could hear country and western music being played. When I asked for the keys, he asked for the claim check, then he asked me to move my finger from the work order because he thought I was hiding something. I asked again for my keys and he said that I should accompany him into the office because he thought I might be stealing someone's truck. I snatched my keys and proceeded to walk to the Service Manager's office but the cleanup guy vanished in another direction. I tried to explain to the Service Manager that this was the second time that guy made me feel like a criminal. When I asked Dan why the keys weren't presented to the customer when the bill he paid he said, Preston didn't have any special place to park customer's cars and their owners did not want people walking amongst the cars. Give me a break, all dealerships have liability insurance. When I got home I googled on watched the fuel filter change on UTube. Ten minutes max, filter very accessible, no special tools, no lift required, and a simple purging procedure, all so simple, my girlfriend could do it. More

Disappointed by service done on my truck, bought it in for a transmission flush but they did not replace oil filter. Leaving a contaminant filter on with new oil makes no sense to me. They had time to cal for a transmission flush but they did not replace oil filter. Leaving a contaminant filter on with new oil makes no sense to me. They had time to call me & ask if I wanted an alignment, had I known that the “package” did not replace filter... I would have gladly spent $10.00 to replace it. I think this “package” should be reviewed & changed... it just foolish!! More

I went in to get a water leak in cab fixed and bought a new truck instead. The manager made a $9000 mistake on offer to purchase. I ended up buying anyway after he corrected it. They screwed up my tonneau install by damaging bed liner and not putting drain in one corner. I fixed it myself. Salesman George was very good. Service receptionist had me on ignore when I was looking for service manager. Service manager treated me like an idiot when I said only one drain got installed on tonneau cover. He said maybe they changed specs. I said I wasn’t born yesterday. More
I had an emergency drop off on Wednesday and was told it may take a couple of days to do the work...so I am expecting my vehicle back on Friday. Called the service department on Friday and left a message with Jamal, who didn't get back to me for a few hours and told me that they had an issue with getting the parts I needed and they should be in on Saturday (or something comparable that would work). I called back on Saturday afternoon and left another message with Jamal and didn't hear anything back. Ended up going all the way out there to talk to Jamal and was told that he was going to get back to me (this was about 4 hours later) and told me that they couldn't get the parts that I needed, they couldn't use aftermarket parts, and my car wouldn't be ready until Monday...but if they couldn't get the parts in, they would take 10% off of my service. Well, on Monday, I phoned to check the status of my car and within 20 minutes, I got contacted by Steve and he told me that they couldn't get the parts in and that they would be in the next day. The next day, Steve kept me informed on my vehicle and even texted me when it was ready. So Steve I give excellent communication with the client and Jamal, not so much. More
Quick and great customer service. Staff is very nice and friendly. Good thing was everyone was following all precautions regarding covid.
