Hello Cyndi. We appreciate the positive review of your sales experience, but on behalf of Preston GM as a whole, we sincerely apologize that our level of service in having the SRX repaired did not meet your expectations. The delay in your vehicle being ready was due to unexpected damage that had to be repaired, but that is not an excuse for you not being kept better informed. Clearly there were several areas where our communication broke down including the pick-up time, how the deductible is paid and the issue in rectifying the situation with the driver's door. I understand that we can't necessarily make up for all of your inconvenience, but we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about how to make the things right. Please contact Terry Kayser, our Collision Centre Manager, at 604-532-4597. He would be happy to speak to you about the situation and see what we can do.
