Brought in my 2017 truck for a problem that I had, got charged $ 500 and didn't fix the problem. I went back the same day asked for them to for them to look at it as the problem was not fixed they charged charged $ 500 and didn't fix the problem. I went back the same day asked for them to for them to look at it as the problem was not fixed they charged me in additional $100 and still didn't fix my problem, I took it somewhere else. I would never go back to these guys again I was told by friends not to go to Preston and against my better judgment I thought I'd give them a chance And man was I wrong.. These guys are not very customer oriented. They just want your money that is how I felt. The customer service is horrible all around from the receptionist to the service people that book you in, they don't know what they're talking about nor do they listen to what you're saying about your problem of why your vehicle is there.Reception at the Is service desk had no eye contact and was a pathetic experience all around. When I booked my appointment the lady at the service desk didn't ask what the problem was or information about the vehicle just said OK see you on the date of the appointment none of my information was taken until I said don't you need information about what the problem is, and who I am.. At this point point the receptionist said right I guess I should take that down. ALL AROUND IT WAS A CRAPPY EXPERIENCE AND SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY FRIENDS ABOUT GOING THERE. More
When I arrived the person at the door directed me to park down the isle. That was the only time in over 10 min standing there that I was spoken to. Of the three service writers two were busy including the on down the isle. That was the only time in over 10 min standing there that I was spoken to. Of the three service writers two were busy including the one closest to me. The one at the entrants and furthest from me was shuffling paper and never looked back. Guess he figured I belonged to the other guys because of where I was told to stop. When the service tech closest to me finished with the previous customer he attended to me and that went well. They were supposed to call me when the job was finished and didn’t. Please acknowledge that I am there and if you’re done with your customer look to see if there is anybody else that needs assistance. If it wasn’t for the salesman (manager last two times j bought there) I would find another dealer like my son because of the service department. More
Was not a good experience. Communication was lacking and most people I spoke with seemed like they were having bad days. Most updates I had to call in for.
