I booked an appointment a month in advance for a specialist to see my vehicle. I had not heard anything to confirm my appointment, so I called the day before and everything's all good. My appointment was in connection with a factory recall issue. Any delay with obtaining the part was due to GM. Preston staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with. As long as you don't want to know when your car will be ready or want customer service, Prestons may be fine.
