When I went to pick it up it was being cleaned so we went in to do the paperwork and when we finally got to go out to see it, there were no Michelin tires on it. After an hour or so speaking with the salesman and two managers, the end result was I could get them but I would have to pay for them because Preston’s couldn’t absorb the cost. This was after being told the customer is always right! 5 days later, after it sitting in a garage, my diagnostic report came back and everything was fine except the pressure in the tires was low! They needed to have air put in. When I phoned the service desk I was told I could get an appointment to look into the matter 22 days later! Apparently I could still drive it but I just had to make sure the tires didn’t go flat! Over 50 years of dealing with Preston’s their “service” has disappeared! More

I took my 2021 Suburban in to fix the gas lid and a rear back seat issue which was under warranty. At the time my vehicle had 55000 KM. The service manager came out and looked at the gas lid issue and sa back seat issue which was under warranty. At the time my vehicle had 55000 KM. The service manager came out and looked at the gas lid issue and said she need to order the parts. Service adviser Gurp said he will call once the parts are in, and will schedule an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in for service. I took a picture of the odometer from the vehicle dash board and texted it to Gurp to prove the vehicle is still under it’s warranty. After approximately one month when I took my vehicle back for the service, the service manager said that the repair would not be under warranty because I did not open the work order. Who is responsible to open the work order client or service adviser. To my knowledge when client come in for vehicle service then this is service advisor’s responsibility to open the work order. Result: I had to pay for the repair from my pocket even though my vehicle was under warranty. Never use this dealership because there are others who can give you much better & faster service. Reply to Preston GM Review: Goodwill warranty offered by the dealership can only be offered after the bumper to bumper warranty is expired. My initial warranty was still valid. There was no need to be offered goodwill warranty if my bumper to bumper warranty is still valid. When the car was brought in it had 55,000KM and my warranty was valid until 60,000KM. I will be waiting for a response. More
