August 15th I waited for my car to be serviced approximately 2.5 hrs, within that time Ryan Privided me an update approx. 3 or 4 times. Alan that sold me my car 5 years ago came approx . 3 times offered me a coffee . Before I left he came and ask me if I am ok and hungry. This is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Because of these two employees I will continue to buy and service my car at Pickering Toyota. I always look forward to visit this dealership. Once again thank you. More

Two lost customers First there was the oil change. A cap was not screwed on properly. Oil leaked all over the driveway. We were lucky that the engine didn't seize up. I complained to the dealership and was totally ignored. Then when I purchased a new car they offered us 50% less than the amount I actually got for it. My husband and I both own toyotas but will not be using this dealership again. More

Excellent Customer Service. I didn't know how easy was to purchase a brand new car. I sent a request and within 24hours I received a phone call by Mark Maahre.I was very surprise I didn't know how easy was to purchase a brand new car. He made a personal conection and did all he had to do to close it. We set the pick up of my new RAV4LE within a week. Next day I called in to see if I could get it, and Oh my!!!!I had my car within that same day.Guys if you are reading this review.Do not hesitate in walk by .You will be surprised. New Car, Happy Customer I was looking for a Toyota Corolla iM 2018 and all the other dealer's website in the GTA had fluctuating prices, but the Pickering location was close I was looking for a Toyota Corolla iM 2018 and all the other dealer's website in the GTA had fluctuating prices, but the Pickering location was close to what the Toyota Canada website was offering in terms of pricing. When I went to check out the car, we were greeted by the team and everyone was friendly. I was able to get a test drive and my sales rep Ron was kind enough to give me a quick tour and answer all my questions. I got excellent service and was walking out with a deal to what I wanted and my pick of the color. Ron was quick at getting all the backend paperwork done and I had a new car in less than a week. I was super happy with the entire experience and defiantly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Poor Service Advisor I had some engine noise that i am sure of what it is, I spoke to Ivan in service about a engine adjustment that is needed on my specific model which i I had some engine noise that i am sure of what it is, I spoke to Ivan in service about a engine adjustment that is needed on my specific model which is clearly stated in my service mannual as; required every six month. Ivan said; he's never heard of this but he'll ask a tech. He called me back telling me im wrong and even though he hasn't seen or heard my vehicle yet, he knows the problem and its gonna be at least $1500 to fix. Poor attempt, but better luck with the next customer. More

Usually, I am processed there by Service Advisor Tanya Horne, but they're all very helpful. Thanks to Financial Services Manager Martin Aide as well. The salesman is the first contact, first face and personality of the company, and that takes me back to Alan Zheng. He's always on time, returns calls and texts, and is very personable. I've come back to him because he seems to do the best he can about pricing. At the same time, he works to relieve a lot of the stress a car purchase can produce.
