Parts counter attendants provide poor customer service I purchased a new car in December. I made an appointment at Pickering Toyota for my 8000 Km check up and while I was there I went to the parts depart I purchased a new car in December. I made an appointment at Pickering Toyota for my 8000 Km check up and while I was there I went to the parts department to obtain pricing on tires and rims for my 2018 Camry Hybrid XLE. I stated that I was looking to purchase 4 18" steel rims, 4 Michelin Premier tires and 4 tire pressure sensors. The lady was quick to tell me that Toyota does not make 18" steel rims. Yet neglected to offer me after market rims. You would think that the lady would have tried, even just a little bit, to assist me with what I was looking to purchase. Then I asked to get a cabin and engine air filter for my 2013 Tundra. At which point I was asked if I needed it. I consider my vehicles an investment and I like to have a spare set of filters, since my truck spends a lot of time in the woods and on dusty roads. Thanks for nothing. I went to another dealership, Whitby, whom gave me options for what I wanted and yesterday I spent 2300 on rims/tires/sensors. That sale could have been Pickering Toyota's, to bad. I will not be purchasing parts or vehicles from this dealership. With so many dealerships to choose from in the area, good customer service is the only thing that sets the dealerships apart. I can see why Whitby is the number 1 volume dealer/service center in the area. More

They tried to rip me off Worst Toyota dealership. They wanted to charge me 1800 dollars to return my leased car. They made up bogus things. I took my car to another Toyota dealership ( actually 2) they both assessed the car and said it was in perfect condition and I ended returning it to them paying zero dollars. Horrible experience. I would never trust them for anything. I even took the wrong assessment all the way to their management and he took me for a fool who wouldn't get a second opinion. These guys are crooks. More

I walked into his office just few days before the promotion end. I asked him if they have the model I need. He told me they sold out that model but he could find the one . yes he did it. After checking a couple of other dealers we returned to Rashed. This time however we decided to lease. It was the first time leasing for us. I've never dealt with anybody that took as much time to explain everything in such detail as Rashed. He never rushed us and was more than willing to answer our questions over and over if needed. Upon pick up he spent a considerable amount of time going over the vehicle with us and showing, explaining and setting up all the gadgets. We believe Rashed really prides himself in giving people a fair deal and ensuring they are sincerely satisfied with their purchase. More

Service of AC System Sienna Van 2011 van was brought in. We paid for the Diagnostics and Repair. AC was blowing hot air. All work recommended was done. Took Van back the following week a van was brought in. We paid for the Diagnostics and Repair. AC was blowing hot air. All work recommended was done. Took Van back the following week as the system was NOT fully functional. Service Rep waved us away after we refused to pay additional fees for work NOT done. Sought second opinion at different dealer. Was advised to speak to Service Manager at Pickering Toyota. Called and left message. No return call yet. Work was done on Van in August. Ivan commented that the Van was an "old" van implying that's why we are having this issue. Have always serviced the Van at this location but shocking to see how they have responded with 1st major repairs to the Van. More
