I had been researching possible replacements for my truck for a few months. I had been out of the country on business and knew that I had to start thinking about downsizing for both personal and professiona for a few months. Though financially not the most opportune time for me to think about replacing my truck, sometimes the choice is out of your hands. And I was well aware of all the scenarios, positive and negative, that may play out while shopping around for a car. I did my research however and knew what features I needed to have in the car and also, what price point I could live with over time. I had presented my scenario to several sales representatives at many different dealers and when I saw dollar signs in their eyes, I knew that I would battling relentlessly. When I met Mr. Rocco Speziali, he wanted me to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into before even mentioning any numbers. He was concerned but after a test drive and some car talk, he learned that I wasn't walking in blindly and so, we managed to work out a deal quite quickly. And when it seemed like it wasn't going to work out, Rocco went above and beyond the call of duty. I think you can number crunch all you want sometimes or you can just let things be and follow your instincts. This transaction was not necessarily just about the numbers. It was about letting go of something that had served its purpose, was in great condition and could further serve someone else in a more effective way. It was also about finding a more suitable vehicle for the changes coming into my life and I guess, accepting these changes no matter what.. I drove away with a FIAT 500T and in all the years of car shopping, this transaction was the most content I have ever felt with a purchase. Thank you to Rocco and the family at Peel. I traveled to a few other dealerships in my journey for a new 2013 JKU and the sales staff would ask 'why aren't you ready to sign now?' or 'it's just money', as if massive purchases were and everyday thing for me. I was gearing up to look in the used car market again until I stumbled upon Peel Chrysler. Jamie had a very relaxed and trusting vibe. He wasn't pushy and he was extremely communicative and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience a breeze for me. I couldn't be happier with the Jeep.
