Hi Frank, I am truly surprised about this negative review from you. I think you were clearly aware of the circumstances of your ability to obtain credit and took part of your very specific and thoroughly discussed options, YOU opted and requested the deal to be secured the way it was agreed upon by you. Suddenly you post this public review which portrays our dealership in a manner which is inaccurate and could be damaging to our reputation . The information you shared online inaccurately portrays you as if you are a victim of our wrongdoings, even though you understood perfectly well the options available to you. I can understand your frustration with the back ordered trailer brake controller, but this is out of our control and I did review the correspondence between you and Rocco where he informed you of the parts arrival and the suggestion of proceeding with an appointment for installation. I apologize that you could not have it installed for the long weekend as you wished, however in fairness we proceeded to give you a full refund for the items that were custom ordered for you as soon as you requested it. I would ask and recommend that you revise your public review to reflect the actual and accurate events that took place as I was a witness to the entire transaction. Otherwise you will leave me no choice but to respond publicly and accurately portray the events and how they transpired in regards to your transaction and financing options with the dealership, furthermore we may turn this review to our legal consul for the consideration of any statements which may be considered slanderous and damaging to our reputation. Please explain to me what was inaccurate? The fact that I had bad credit? Because I can add that to my review as well? I'm sure there are a ton of people that can relate to my situation. What else? The fact that you guys did not make commission on the finance deal that you charge back the customer a lower buy back rate of $899? Please explain to me? I'm just asking questions here and as well your threats of legal action are well documented.

Frank some of your inaccuracies include: "Surprise in the business office" this is a false statement. "That's where they really make up the "loss"" again the information you are sharing is non factual or substantiated but rather just your false and inaccurate opinion. "They had extra fees for delivery expenses" again is a false and inaccurate statement, you have no knowledge of any of the fees which are normal and form part of any of our purchase agreements (you were not charged anything that was extra), again this is an inaccurate statement based on your inaccurate opinion. As part of your total deal and out the door price your purchase agreement included a charge of an admin fee of $699 and a PDI of $299 which form a part of each of our purchase agreements and your statement about "most dealerships charge only $350" again is baseless and without any merit or factual backing. Contrary to your statement that "you had to purchase the extended warranty and the rust proofing" this again is untrue, you were presented with the options to finance and with your options to purchase the items noted above, you in fact chose the plans and the reduced interest rate which you chose and agreed to pay the buy down rate as your interest rate savings were far greater then the amount charged for the reduction. You will recall that the only approval you had prior to visiting our dealership was at 6.99%, and again this rate was offered to you just the same, however you selected the option of the 0% buy down scenario and I quote you saying to Sofiane "Get me 0% for 2 years and I'll be happy to purchase the warranty and pay to reduce the rate". We would have been happy to offer you a reduced rate and again as your review portrays inaccurately "shouldn't they give you the best rate of the bat?" well you did not qualify for the rate (as you had already known) and therefore we had to pay the bank as per your request to reduce it! I am in agreement with you about the items that were supposed to be installed, however I am in absolute disagreement with you on how you portrayed your purchase and finance transaction with us, this is inaccurate and damaging and as such I would advise you to remove those details or we may take further action against you. Please Judge yourself Accordingly Gil Legerman

First off, the rate I got at 6.99% was me only signing. Not with having my wife sign first. So please get your facts straight. Yes I agreed to, if Sofiane got me a 2 year deal at 0% I had no issues buying the Rust and Extended warranty protection. That was said in the business office. DO NOT put words in my mouth about the buy back fee. I saw that when we were there to sign.
