Great experience with Hyundai! My fiance and I came into Pathway just to look around - we were in the market for a used vehicle but were not necessarily looking to buy that day. We met with Will Stanfield and he was by far the best sales rep we have ever encountered. He was patient, took all the time we needed, took us out for a great test drive in a new 2014 Tuscon. Right away he asked what kind of needs we had for the kind of car we were looking for. We loved the Tuscon right away because it met all our expectations for our future; kids etc. Going over the finances, Will was super patient as well - understanding that budget is the most important thing for us, he really worked with us on getting to a compromise that worked best for us. What was even better was that he gave us time to talk about it, no pressure which was great. We walked away that day with a new car and after two weeks could not be happier with our choice. We even received a hand written card from Will thanking us for our business! From the get go Hyundai gave us everything we needed and Will is truly an asset to your establishment. Both my fiance and I have hospitality industry background and truly appreciate great customer service which was delivered through and through. We would not hesitate to recommend Will or Hyundai Pathway to any of our friends and family and will be back in the future for our vehicle needs. Thanks Bill! More

Great sales service, great price! Was shopping a mid-sized SUV since late January 2014. I informed all dealers that my preferred method of communication was email. Oddly enough, only Pathway answered my questions promptly by email. Others would call me home and leave a message.... Bizarre. In addition, we were able to agree on a great price for the vehicle. Some dealers wouldn't negotiate, firmly behind their so called higher quality brand which they ended keeping in their lot. Contrary to other dealerships where I felt I was walking into a funeral home, Pathway was buzzing, busy and very, very kind staff. Bill was the right type of salesman for me, very kind, knowledgeable, available, easy to talk too. Felt like I was test driving the vehicle with a friend whereas it felt more like testing a vehicle with my nervous and annoyed fourth grade teacher at other dealerships. My first Hyundai hence time will tell if I made the right call, I'm not worried. Thank you!! Gilles More
Working for me. I have been dealing with Pathway since they were Acacia Motors. I find you need to find a service representative that will pay attention to you and y I have been dealing with Pathway since they were Acacia Motors. I find you need to find a service representative that will pay attention to you and your needs. I have only ever had one issue that the repair was not satisfactory however upon investigating, the issue was repaired and the price has always been fair. I will never take my Hyundai anywhere else. During my first visit to browse, Jerry Rodriguez (salesman) came over to offer his assistance. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the vehicule but he was courteous and very professional. He didn't pressure me (which was important). Once I made the decision to buy it (a few days later), he introduced me to everyone I might have to deal with in the parts and service department and they were also very friendly. Great dealership and great manager! Highly recommend these guys!!! More

We dealt with William Stanfield and he was extremely helpful I visited Pathway Hyundai to check out the Santa Fe and to trade in my present Santa Fe. We dealt with William Stanfield and he was extremely helpful in the process of the new purchase. He answered all our questions and made the experience a positive one. We had a maximum limit to spend and he worked with us and Pathway to close the deal within our means. I did not buy my first Santa Fe from Pathway but I did use them for all my servicing because we live very close to the dealership. We were both very pleased with the entire process and particularly pleased with William Stanfield. More

In the past, Pathway has offered th My wife booked our 2007 Elantra in for a seasonal tire swap to put our summer wheels on and take the winters off. In the past, Pathway has offered this service for free and while making the reservation my wife was not informed otherwise. When I brought the car in I met Jayce at the counter. He was very personal and friendly, but when I asked to confirm that the tire swap was still complimentary he informed me that no, it was now $39.95. With raised eyebrows I handed him the keys. While I waited for the car in the customer lounge I thought it over. Jayce came over to tell me about some recommended work - rear brakes, brake fluid flush, transmission flush and a couple of bulbs - which I declined. Afterwards I went back to the counter to ask him to waive the tire swap fee based on the fact that we were not informed in advance of the policy change. He told me there was nothing he could do without manager approval, but he did arrange that approval before I left and the fee was waived. On top of that, the technician freed up the sticking left rear brake caliper and I was not charged for that service. When the car was washed he brought it around front for me and apologized, explaining he was new to the dealership and not sure of what he was authorized to do. I left a satisfied customer. More
