Tricked into coming in the door - Don't trust their word I shopped around for a Hyundai Accent for my mother in law and found her a great price at another dealership with 0.99 percent financing and called Bi I shopped around for a Hyundai Accent for my mother in law and found her a great price at another dealership with 0.99 percent financing and called Bill to say thank you but no thank you for his help and that we would be taking our business elsewhere as another dealer gave us a better price. Bill then said he would match this price and this was then confirmed with his sales manager Paul. As this dealership is closer to home for us we went with Pathway and set up a meeting to come purchase the car the following day. I left my two young kids at home and took time out of my evening to go with my mother in law to sign the papers only to get jerked around by Bill and his manager Paul. They said they never agreed to 0.99 percent financing and were trying to squeeze another $800 out of my mother in law who is on a fixed income. Needless to say we walked out of the dealership and have an appointment to go to Myers Hyundai to buy her car. Very skeezy way of doing business - and do not trust their word on anything. More

We were considering a Hyundai so we stopped into Pathway to "kick the tires", so to speak. The moment we walked into the door, we were greeted warmly with a smile by Devon. We kind of had an idea of what model of care we wanted and Devon listened to us as my wife and I explained what we looking for (model, key features, etc.). He understood that we were pretty set on the Accent and not only got us a car almost immediately for our inspection, but took us on an excellent test drive. During the drive, Devon demonstrated the features of the vehicles that were important to us and didn't bother wasting out time on features that we did not have a need for. Devon focused on our key features during the test and answered every question we had about the Accent. In addition to Devon’s extensive knowledge of the Accent, my wife and were also impressed that Devon understood the value of our time and did not waste a moment of it by trying to sell us another vehicle or features we clearly were not interest in. With Devon's easy going nature and straight forward approach along with the value for options we saw in the vehicle, it was not hard to commit to buying an Accent that day. I was passed along to Ciara to set up the financing of the car as well as go over the many options that were available such as extra warranty and the like. Ciara carefully stepped me through each additional option, showed me the cost and explained what benefits each option had. Thanks to her assistance and insight, I did choose to add a few options that would give me a bit more peace of mind while I owned the vehicle. I don't know if I needed that much more peace of mind because the dealership has great hours for service (6 a.m to midnight), employs some of the top mechanics in the city and has plans to expand the number of bays in the near future. All in all, my wife and I were very satisfied with the experience we had with this dealership and the employees we interacted with. The great service we had during our shopping experience doesn’t end there. In the few days we had to wait for the vehicle to be ready, Devon contacted us to give us an update on how the process was going and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Even after we had taken possession of the vehicle, Devon followed up with us a few days later to see how we were enjoying it and to make sure we were one hundred percent satisifed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for purchase a new vehicle and want to avoid high pressure sales tactics or insincere sales people. More

2014 Tucson I went in a few weeks ago looking for options to replace my 2003 Santa Fe. We Met with Bill Stanfield who showed us all the 2014 version, he went through all the new safety features the new standard options blue tooth heated seat, electronic distribution brakes, eco option for gasoline consumption. We test drove the Santa Fe but I was still not convinced. I needed to have the ability to tow a tent trailer so we then talked about the Tucson and my husband and I took one out for a spin. It was slightly smaller but I still felt safe because I am sitting higher than a car. We were the Tucson is build on the same frame as the Elantra while the Santa Fe was built on the same frame as the Sonata. Then came the price negotiated, my husband used to sell cars and knows what to ask for knows not to stop in one dealership. He drilled our sales person asking him why should my wife buy her car here. We go a tour of the service department along with a lot of information on Pathways Hyundai and their great reputation. We negotiated good price but still wanted to be sure and planned to visit another dealership. We decided to go to lunch and think about it but our sales person was determined to win us over and called us with a deal even my husband could not refuse. The transaction was pretty smooth, I was able to pick up my brand new Tucson a week later. This is my first brand new vehicle and I absolutely LOVE it. I would go back to Pathway in a heat beat. My parents bought their vehicle here last year and also had a great experience and I sure you will too. More
