When I booked the appt through Louisa I told her the tires I wanted and the price as I had spoken with the parts dept. I assumed she would or would have someone order the tires. I assumed wrong as when I arrived thus am I was told the tires had not been ordered. Apparently she does not do this. That is fine but it would have been helpful if I had been made aware of this. I was on a tight schedule and to be told the tires had not been ordered well I was not a happy camper. I was fully prepared to take my vehicle and never return. Fortunately Dan Larose was able to obtain the tires in an hour and had me on my way in time. He was excellent and took a potential customer losing issue into a positive experience for me. Job well done I say Dan. More
Solution to long-standing electrical issue. Since day one with my 2015 Sonata, there has been an electrical issue. When cold, power did not flow to the center panel. This caused issues with th Since day one with my 2015 Sonata, there has been an electrical issue. When cold, power did not flow to the center panel. This caused issues with the entertainment system, the rear camera and the power outlets. Once the car warmed up (up to 30 minutes in the winter), power would return. For this service, I left the car overnight so that the diagnostic team could perform a check after a cold start. The problem occurred and Dan Larose and his team were able to diagnose and solve the problem. Well done! More

poor service experience I had to pay 76 $ for a diagnostic fee whereas the serice manager Gareth Spencer coulld have told me that this service was no longer under warranty a I had to pay 76 $ for a diagnostic fee whereas the serice manager Gareth Spencer coulld have told me that this service was no longer under warranty at which point I could have declined the work. I am 76$ wiser and Pathway is out of luck for any more service on my vehicle. The manager Greg was of no assistance either. so sad More
