She clearly explained the various service package options available and the service diagnostics for my Elantra so that I could make an informed decision. I also appreciated her keeping me informed of progress in the repair shop and reviewing the invoice with me before payment. All in all, it was an excellent service experience, extending also to the lovely lady who processed my invoice and the gentlemen who provide shuttle service in a very efficient manner. Thank you! SERVICE ? The service at this dealer is terrible I purchased a vehicle from them 7 years ago and only lasted 3 services appointment and then changed to another dealership for rest of service same old problems service stinks More

Santa Fe auto remote starter I've to say that last Santa Fe we have bought it has been disappointing, this was my 5th huyndai bought at Pathway. And really not impressed with the I've to say that last Santa Fe we have bought it has been disappointing, this was my 5th huyndai bought at Pathway. And really not impressed with the quality of this product. I think this will be the last also. The auto remote starter is not friendly user. You have to stop it, in order to get into the car, not efficient at all, for the price that it cost me. Not happy! Too bad, I really use to have a great service and great car, this one did not make came close to the type of service and quality I was used to. Too bad. Time for change. Catherine More
