A person such as Danny Sit (Service Adviser) he was awesome and attentive in all aspect. Furthermore, when Michelle and I just got the car, Rachel (Delivery Specialist), she went through the entire system with us and teaching us new features that were not in our old vehicle and save us so much time. Blissful!!! I was in the market for a new car since last couple of months which also means dealing with different dealerships and salespersons. But what stood out for me (at parksview bmw) was attention paid by Bobby Milonakis to what we really need and details he shared about the features and how each one of them is needed (or not needed) based on our needs. I really commend his patience (specially when my 4 year old was also sitting with me and had her own questions about what is there for her in car). It wasn’t an easy call but Bobby made it simple and rational. And on top of everything he came up with the deal that I couldn’t refuse. End of the day it felt like talking to your buddy about cars which is always a fun conversation 😀 More

Fire fighters helped evacuate six people that were trapped in that underpass, including my father. With safety no longer being a concern, the focus shifted to replacing what was lost. The replacing of identification cards, credit cards and cellular phones was already a hassle, but easy tasks compared to replacing an entire car; or so I had thought. A quick call to our BMW salesperson, Sergei, and within minutes he had gone over what was immediately available and what could be brought in if those options didn’t meet our needs. He gave us multiple financing options so I could weight out our options and get back to the insurance company. I learned a couple things that day; roll down your window at the first sight of rising water and; it’s easier to replace a BMW than a driver’s license. More
