I visited the BMW dealership with motive to buy an Audi A4 that they had in inventory, within a couple of minutes, he recommended a BMW to try, which was better in value, better look and a better feel for the car. Surely enough, leaving the dealership after the try, I happened to pick up the BMW instead. As for the servicing (by the back of house), the customer support I needed lacked a bit. There were a few parts that needed to be fixed, which wasn't actually the issue. My complaint would have to be with knowing the service progression of the car, knowing when things would get done. I was hopeful in receiving my car within a few days of the sale, but truth be told I did not received till 2 weeks after the sale. Other than the waiting game, after all the "hopefully tomorrow it will be good to pick up", when I finally received the car, the experience from there was smooth. The car works perfectly fine. I am extremely happy with what i got! More
