I walked into the dealership and he gave me white-glove and personal service through entire process. I could not have asked for more. And now... one year later... we live in a different environment with COVID. I wanted to do a trade in, to a newer/different model. I took a chance, texted Bobby and BAM! He responded right away. I didn't expect that as I assumed everyone would be not available during these crazy times. Not only did he respond quickly but he started by asking how my family was. Very kind. But then we got right to business. I explained what I wanted to do. He immediately sent me links to various cars that might be of interest. We texted back and forth some questions, he answered promptly and thoroughly. And then... a decision needed to be made. But how? We are all quarantined to our homes! He had someone do a video of the car I am interested in! Inside, outside, under and over. It was like I was right there with them. Then he took care of all the details with only one document being sent to me for signature. Scanned it back and next thing you know he is texting me telling me my car is ready for pick up! Hard to believe. I literally drove up to the dealership door today, parked my existing car. Handed over my keys, took the new keys, watched the lovely Lambri (thank you! you were lovely as well) screw on my license plates, and drove away. Unbelievable. Amazing service. Thank you so very much. Kudos to the entire Parkview BMW team for making it all so easy. And safe. Well done. More
