Ken was very helpful and was never pushy and generally allowed us to feel at ease during the whole process. Got me the exact car I wanted for the price I asked for. When there was a problem with BMW Finance he took care of it right away without discussion. The delivery experience by Corey was above and beyond what he had to do. I had forgotten an item in my lease return and Corey made sure to drop everything right away to help me get it back after the car had already been shipped off. That level of service alone was priceless. John was great at answering my questions however was not able to deliver on what I had directly asked for. Initially quite insistent on upselling after I had explicitly described exactly what I needed. Overall knowledgeable and friendly. Service Experience - The service department is generally quite busy and I find myself waiting to be checked in by the service advisor. Tends to be a messy situation as my numerous visits show that clients tend to get mixed up or paperwork gets lost and clients are left waiting. At a different BMW location, they ask clients what else is required for service at the time when the appointment is made. Hence the paperwork/service invoice is already drafted. When arriving at the service bay, key is handed to off to the staff and dropped into a reader which immediately brings up service invoice and client info. Parkview may benefit from such a process to help expedite the service experience and reduce confusion. More
