Thank you to the staff of BMW Parkview here in Toronto for making my experience very easy and stress free. It all started when I walked in the dealership without an appointment, I was greeted at the front desk with a smile and I was welcomed and allowed to walk around. Later a rep named Roberto started having a conversation with me and listened to my idea of the perfect car that I want. After several days, I scheduled a test drive. Right after, I sat down with Roberto and started looking at the details of the car, package and numbers. I was then introduced to Rhiannon and looked more into details of the financial arrangement and other packages that are available. It was not a "sales talk" but a suggestion on some packages that can benefit me at the end. After agreeing on all the details I was told that I will receive a phone call when my car is ready. The third time I was at the dealership was when I picked up my car. Delivery Specialist Collin was very good in explaining to me some of the features of the car.
