I drove into Ontario Chrysler as my 5th Chrysler Dealership that day and met Richard for the first time. I asked him if he had my specific request car, being a white Chrysler 300 2011-2013 with Pan Dealership that day and met Richard for the first time. I asked him if he had my specific request car, being a white Chrysler 300 2011-2013 with Panoramic roof and GPS. He indicated that in fact he did have a 2013 in stock. From that point on it was a matter of learning the dealership's procedures and warranties to close a deal. After negotiating with Richard and further with Robbie, we were able to come to a mutual acceptable price and consummate the deal. Thanks for the experience. More

I came to the dealership completely unsatisfied with the car I had recently purchased 3 weeks before hand. My dad went to see Joe first and basically found out what my options were.
