I was in the market for a new van for my growing family and saw a great deal online. I emailed to enquire and the next day I got a reply. Rodger awnsered all my questions without hesitation. I felt like Rodger really was there to help every step of the way. Rodger on more than one occasion went over and above the call of duty even after the sale. I will give you a few examples of Rodgers helpfulness and genuine care and concern. Rodger not only made me feel comfortable throughout the process he made me feel like family and never pressured. Rodger responded quickly to questions I had via email, txt etc. Rodger also offered to help me when 2 weeks after I purchased my brand new van I had noticed somebody must have bumped the front bumper and I noticed a small scratch. I was very upset and asked Rodger for his advice on touch up products. Rodger not only provided me with the info but offered to apply the paint to show me how to do the touch up properly so if I ever need to do it in the future I would know how. I have never had such great service anywhere actually, and was very surprised at the level of service I recieved. I work for a company myself that prides themselves on customer service so I know what great customer experiences consist of and Rodger did more than just deliver he exceeded expectations by far. I would and have already reccomended Rodger to friends and family. Rodger is simply the best and I reccomend him 100%. It is not easy to find honest, caring, genuine people in sales now a days but if that's what your looking for Rodgers your guy. I drove from barrie to Mississauga to buy the van I wanted and was worth the drive. Rodger thank you very much !!! I consider myself to be exceptionally fortunate to have been connected to Nick Khan. I am not one to trust much let alone over such a distance. However, after my second chat with Nick I was feeling relatively comfortable with Nick and as time went on to be I became very comfortable negotiating a deal with Nick. He was patient with me, listened to and addressed all my issues with the long distance deal, and most importantly worked hard and long to meet my vehicular needs. The deal took about two weeks to complete and not once did I detect any frustration on Nick's part regarding the slow pace at which I progressed. He communicated professionally and effectively via the phone and emails; reassured me, was understanding of my doubts and inspired me to move forward. After the first few days I just knew that I could trust Nick. Upon my arrival in Toronto he pick me up at my hotel and spent considerable time with me to complete the deal and make sure that I understood everything. Prior to departing for Toronto I was already singing his praises to my coffee cronies. I ask for and received some of Nick's business cards to pass on to them and others. Not only would I recommend Nick to my friends but to anyone out there looking. At age seventy this is the best car deal I ever made. Nick is primarily responsible for this. Upon entering the dealership parking lot and upon exiting my own vehicle I was immediately approached by a very friendly salesperson. Throughout the entire process he was very pleasant, knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. At no point did I feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Eventually, after some negotation, I was introduced to the assistant manager (Joe) who provided further information about the vehicle and other aspects of the purchase. This was all very helpful in determining the outcome of our decision. After purchasing the vehicle the salesman gave me a tour of the facilities.
