One Sunday, we My husband & I have been considering a vehicle purchase for the past 2 years. We finally decided to go shopping to for our ideal car. One Sunday, we popped by the dealership to look at some of the Jeeps. This started my search online. I thought we had narrowed our decision down to either the 2012 Challenge SRT8 or the 2014 Copper Pearl Jeep with the Mickey Thompson's. I sent an email requesting a test drive and this put us in touch with Dianna. Dianna encouraged us to come in for a test drive and to see the vehicles. When we finally made it into the dealership, she was friendly, patient and pleasant to deal with. She listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. Each time we met, she always greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable. It may have taken us a few trips, several text message and a couple of phone calls to help us to this decision and to close the deal. Dianna showed us great patient, excellent product knowledge and true customer service through this whole process. We ended up purchasing the 2014 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman. A total different vehicle from what we originally had in mind, but is a much better choice for our family and our needs, and I really enjoy driving it. Thank you, Dianna, for all of your help. More
