Matthew did an awesome job in helping us pick and test-drive the truck (brand new 2015 RAM 1500 Sport Quad); Rabih's sales expertise was amazing, he packaged the whole deal for us with an awesome pricing; Usman took care of the financing, which was very quick and prompt, and straight-forward. Ali and Raymon were very helpful in assisting us at the time of delivery. We came and meet the Sales guys Saturday, we signed the docs with Usman (Finance Manager) Monday, and picked-up the truck Tuesday. I think the whole process was fantastic. I bough a Durango truck from this dealership a year ago, and the experience has been very satisfactory, my wife and I have been really impressed with follow ups and after sales service. recently brought an issue to the attention of Dave Pozzobon- who was on vacation at the time, and to my great surprise, he responded and promised to look into the issue for me; few days later he contacted me again and asked me to take my truck in for a fix that cost more than $400..at no cost to me! I have dealt with a few dealers in my time-individually and professionally, but I have to say this is a first! I am very appreciative to Mr. Dave Pozzobon and his team for this truly exceptional service. Sharing this experience with my colleagues and friends has definitely earned this dealership 7 stars.
