Frustrating at times The dealer is about an hour away from my house with no traffic. They had by far the best deal of all the dealers that I contacted. 35 dollars cheaper The dealer is about an hour away from my house with no traffic. They had by far the best deal of all the dealers that I contacted. 35 dollars cheaper bi weekly than my local dealer. They didn't have the Jeep Wrangler I wanted but couldn't turn down the deal I was offered with the jeep they were offering. So I bought it on Saturday. Wanted to pick it up the Friday. The salesman wanted that day off, no big deal came Tuesday. Traffic was horrid that Tuesday, was raining. I was already tired. Finance guy had the paper work but added gap insurance to my payment which I did not ask for. He told us to wait in the showroom for half hour while he prints out the new paperwork. He was clearly upset. I forgot void cheque, finance guy said no biggie just send fax or email cheque when you get home (before he was upset) the sales guy said no cant do that. Hour later we finally figured out to get them the void cheque. (After 3 or 4 attempts and the dealer saying it wasn't good enough) I was very frustrated, my wife and I were there for over 2 hours. We were waiting around the showroom the whole time. Would have been nice if the sales guy showed us some things on the jeep. Which I feel he knew nothing about. Also the jeep was originally built with the hard top but was swapped at the dealer with a soft top previously. I didn't mind but needed safety straps that we forgot about and weren't included. Had to bug to get them sent to me. The inside if the soft top was dirty which I pointed out before and was told it was to going to be cleaned but wasn't. Would buy from them again. Part of the frustrating moments were because of me forgetting the cheque. But feel it could have been dealt with better. Ps: some of the staff were dropping f bombs while my children were in the next cubicle to the theirs. The sales guy I was working with did tell them to be quiet. More

Excellent dealership with an excellent staff I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ontario Chrysler in the last year, and I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future. Constantine is an ex I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ontario Chrysler in the last year, and I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future. Constantine is an excellent sales rep and the service department seems to be better than most I've dealt with. The first vehicle I bought was a 2015 Jeep Cherokee for my wife at Christmas and the experience was great. Constantine gave us better than fair value for our trade-in, an amazing price on the Cherokee, and was able to have the deal done in less than 3 days, just in time for Christmas. The second vehicle was my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in June. Because I wanted specific features, it had to be factory ordered. I was given a build date and received a phone call a week early saying it had arrived at the lot. Overall, nothing but excellent service from Ontario Chrysler. More

Only con might be that the dealership is very cramped and tricky to maneuver through so one must be careful when driving around the building. More
