Great experience! I was looking for a very difficult car to get this year: a 2015 Charger SRT 392. Due to factory constrains, this car is being produced in very few quantities and the order banks are closed. Things will only get normal for the 2016 model that will start in September for delivery late this year... Peter Shafek tried through several ways to find me a car, but everytime he had good news for me, a few minutes later he found out the car was sold... Until the last minute when I was about to leave the dealer frustrated, he and the management team tried everything to find me a car and were able to identify an order placed by them that was still under manufacturing! Best of all, I could still change the color to anyone I wanted! And the price offered was very reasonable! A couple of weeks later, I received the car and fulfilled my dream! I consider this a great level of professionalism from Peter and the management team that tried everything possible to attend a customer and make him happy. This is not the type of commitment you see much around... If you look for something in particular, a specific model or a specific color and optional and you are having problems to find out a car that fits what you are looking for, don't waste your time in several dealers... When I asked the Salesperson that had been assigned to me to search and maybe find the vehicle I was looking for I was told I would have to come to the dealership in person and leave a deposit before this could be done. I was only asking for this person to search for a vehicle. So instead I did it myself. That's when I found Ontario Chrysler. Not only did they have six vehicles that I was interested in they still had 2015 inventory arriving daily. I found my truck. The salesman did all the work.
