New purchase with no experience in purchasing a new car from a dealership. Here it goes... For the first 3-4 weeks I had visited a around 5-6 dealership looking for not only a good deal on a new fami from a dealership. Here it goes... For the first 3-4 weeks I had visited a around 5-6 dealership looking for not only a good deal on a new family vehicle but also wanted to experience good customer service. Each dealership had their flaws which made it easy for me to walk away. That is until I went to Ontario! I placed an online quote and received a call from Adam. After receiving a call from Adam I quickly managed to find his reviews online and was excited to see he had a great reputation along with great reviews. No one had given him a rate lower than 4.5 stars! I quickly scheduled a meeting with him and was glad I did. Adam was very professional and knew the business very well despite his age. Age is nothing compared to knowledge, professionalism and customer service. No one from the 6 dealerships gave me a breakdown of the pricing but Adam knowing the person I was (within 10 mins of our conversation) gave me exactly what I needed in order to make the right decision. He fully broke down the cost and made me comfortable knowing that there were no extra hidden cost. At this point it was a no brainier for me to sign on the dotted line even though it took me awhile for me to sign. He didn't push me to sign nor was he aggressive to make the sale. I took some time, went out outside and gathered my thought for approx 15-20 mins. After that, I knew all the boxes were checked mark for what I was looking for in a dealership but never the less customer service. Adam is a great guy and will definitely be keeping him as my go to guy when purchasing new vehicles. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to experience an honest, hard-working individual that seeks great customer service and hopefully create a long lasting relationship!
