If you’re looking for the worst customer service and car buying experience then look no further! Karen Mitchell (sales guy) and Phil Jenassa (General Sales manager) do not belong in sales. Long story short I ordered a f150 hybrid 2.5 months ago. The truck arrives on the lot and it takes them 1 week to PDI the truck, Kathy returns my calls/text maybe every 12-24 hours so it’s a very slow process. They try to hit me with a bill that’s $6000 more than I built the truck for saying “prices went up” even though I would have locked in my price and rate when I ordered it so I send them my Xplan pricing code to reduce the price and they didn’t seem to pleased about that. The whole time Kathy seems to be loosing her patience with me because of all the back and forth. I contact the GM stating that I think Kathy is unprofessional and I don’t want to deal with her anymore. The GM backs her up 110% and starts being rude and snarky with me stating that they don’t drop everything for customers that ordered trucks and the PDI will get done when it gets done and that Im in the wrong. He then proceeds to ask me for 4 months pay stubs AND my last years notice of assessment if I want to get approved (THIS IS THE GM asking me for my financials not the finance manager!) I’m a mid 20’s welder on the pipeline that makes great money and without saying it, he basically wanted me to prove to HIM that I made what I said that I make..?? Very unprofessional and out of left field for a GM to be asking these kinds of questions. I ended up dealing with the finance manager to get the deal done and unfortunately for him I ended up driving down the street and purchasing a new 2022 GMC Sierra Denali solely because I didn’t appreciate the way that I was treated and quite frankly I Don’t think I’ll ever buy another ford truck because of the experience that I had here with this so called dealership. This is the first review I have ever written on a business but I felt that it was necessary. I advise you to stay far far away from these krooks! You’ll thank me later. More

Ocean Park Ford understands the importance of customer service and quality of work performed. Service advisor, Nathan, explains matters in terms which are easy to understand. You never feel rushed. Once again had our Ford fusion serviced at Ford Quick Lanes and as usual Eric and Greg were excellent.Very reasonable and very Honest.I cannot believe Ford is no longer making the Ford Fusion Hybrid.This Lanes and as usual Eric and Greg were excellent.Very reasonable and very Honest.I cannot believe Ford is no longer making the Ford Fusion Hybrid.This is one of the best Ford products ever.They should reconsider and produce it just as a Hybrid and Electric vehicle. Ordered a F150 Hybrid in Feb 2021 during the pandemic and had to wait while the truck was manufactured and the chips obtained. Through the wait, I dealt with Don Henshall who kept me informed during the un had to wait while the truck was manufactured and the chips obtained. Don was very good and once the truck was delivered everything proceeded in a very satisfactory manner.
