New vehicle sale. Nicole M.(Sales) and Mike I(Finance Manager) were awesome and gave excellent service! Northstar Ford is on the opposite side of town for me. They had Nicole M.(Sales) and Mike I(Finance Manager) were awesome and gave excellent service! Northstar Ford is on the opposite side of town for me. Great service again I had another positive encounter with my service advisor again. I enjoy working with Cassandra since I have been taking my F350 to Northstar for 2 ye I had another positive encounter with my service advisor again. I enjoy working with Cassandra since I have been taking my F350 to Northstar for 2 years now. No issues and no surprises, which is very nice.
